Detailed Product Description

    This mill is used for continuous cold rolling of copper rod. Featuring high efficiency, lower power consumption and capability of fining and rein forcing crystal structure of copper rod. It is a good following equipment for up-ward continuous casting system of copper rod.

    This mill can roll the copper rod of φ17mm orφ20mm  toφ8mm . Its annual out-put is 6000 Ton (one shift) or 12000 Ton (two shifts).

    The  machine adopt the 8 horizontal-vertical replacing rolling mechanism.

The main transmission use the 200KW D.C motor which link with the reducer box by the coupling and is separated into way to horizontal-vertical rolling mechanism.

All the rolling mechanism are linked with gear coupling.

    There are guides in the front of or behind the every rolling strands. The odd strands use the sliding guide and the even strands use the rolling guide. The shape of the rolling guide is the same as the copper rod which emerged from the ahead strand. The roller is adjusted the axle position by the filler piece and can be repeated use for two times.     

    Thin-oil in the oil tank go through the pumpfilteroil pipe in the strands and reducer box to lubricate the gear and bearing and go back to the tank through the DG40 pipe behind the strands.    

     In order to improve the surface quality of the copper rod, the roller and guide are cooled and lubricated by the emulsion when rolling.

The emulsion in the emulsion station go through the main pipe to the roller and guide, then go back to the emulsion station through the return trough  on the big bottom case.

     The machine is consist of drawing equipment and taking- equipment. The machine can be adjusted the speed steplessly. It adopt the D.C motor and operated on-line with rolling motor.

     The taking up and coiling A.C. motors are controlled by Mitsubisi Frequency Changer.
